Job Description

What You Will Do

As Business Workflow Specialist you will:

  • Report to IT Project Manager and work closely with existing Business Workflow Specialists. You will also work closely with business stakeholders and other technical stakeholders (including our vendors and hosting partners).
  • Define a way that workflows can be addressed to improve efficiency or productivity and facilitate the interoperability between the different processes and locations. Identify pertinent needs related to local workflows. Analyze the current solutions and alternatives and find the right and appropriate process / tools covering the pertinent needs in scope.
  • Be one of the key point of contact for new workflow development and have opportunity to interact with stakeholders from multiple processes and delivery areas. You will also support ongoing service delivery as we start to support live workflows after pilot.
Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • A Bachelors Degree with experience of minimum 5 years of functional and / or technical experience covering minimum 3 years experience delivering Bizagi workflows.
  • Ability to manage design and technical activities to implement workflows end-to-end.
  • Good communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Hands on approach to developing business workflow together with business and other technical stakeholders (e.g. Solution Architects, Service Architects, Subject Matter Experts etc.)
  • Preferably Basic Javascript and/ or C++ knowledge
