Analyst II (SAP MM)

SuM Service delivery team is supporting IT solutions used by the supplier management organization within Tetra Pak on a global base. The supported processes are Sourcing, Contracting, P2O (purchase to order) for both Direct and Indirect Segments, SLP (Supplier Lifecycle Performance), Guided Buying, Spot Buy, Ariba Network Supply Chain Collaboration, SLP MDG Integration.

In this role you will be an Individual Contributor having opportunity to work with a product based organization which offers exposure to latest technologies. You will be working closely with Process Integration (PI) and API team to analyse the issues and map the process/scenarios on need basis.

You will be based in Chakan, Pune

What You Will Do

As team member of the SuM service delivery team you will:

• Be project member of the projects related to the SuM area where SuM expertise is required. During Project Initiate, Design, Implementation Phase, SuM expertise required to involve in all discussion to understand the requirements and to provide Ariba Standard and Nonstandard solution.
• Provide 2nd4th level support to end-users, super users and global process team geographically spread over the world.
• Resolve incident tickets service request in timely matter with quality in order to meet SLAs, KPIs.
• Deliver GAPs (mini projects) within the area
• Sharing knowledge in area and document the solution in Problem Management Portal or in any central document repository.
• Propose, participate/drive continuous improvement of the service work
• Collaborate with users, business partners, suppliers and other Global IM colleagues (infrastructure other teams) in order to manage tasks.
• Think and Share Innovation Idea to SuM Management team and Colleagues.

*Support is provided on a global base some adjustment of work hours might be required in order to support European office hours.

Who You Are

We believe you have:

• A Bachelors Degree with 5 or more years experience with the SAP ECC (EHP7 or EHP8) system and 1 or more years experience with Ariba. Good technical functional understanding knowledge in the area.
• Good understanding of business processes in Supplier Management area
• Key hands-on experience: Either or both, project implementation experience and or service desk level 3 and or 4 experience, will be required.
• Proven implementation skills as demonstrated through roles in implementation projects or proven service desk level 3 and or 4 experience as demonstrated through roles in end-user or consulting environment.
• Good understanding of infrastructure architecture standards components
• Ability to write technical design specifications in area
• SAP ECC
  • MM / Procurement Module
  • Integration: MM-FI Integration, MM-SD Integration and MM-WM Integration
• Ariba Exposure:
  • Sourcing Contracting for both Indirect and Direct Segments
  • P2O for Indirect Segments for all scenarios including Blanket Order, Service Order, Service Entry Sheet
  • POIA (Commercial Automation) is an added advantage.
  • Ariba network
  • Guided Buying and Spot Buy with back end integration to ECC system
  • Native Integration: Ariba-SAP ECC, SAP ECC-Ariba, Ariba- MDG and Ariba VIM using CI and CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).
  • Knowledge of AN SCC (Supplier Chain Collaboration) is Plus.
  • Knowledge of Ariba Procurement Desk (if possible).
  • Ariba API Knowledge.
• Considered to be an advantage:
  • SAP certification in SAP MM / Procurement module (SAP Certified Application Professional - Procurement with SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 7 or 8)
  • Ariba Certification
  • Understanding / knowledge in ABAP
  • Understanding / knowledge in SAP Process Integration (PI), Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Management (BRM) and API Management
