Your essential responsibilities include:
• Ensures support scorecard is green for bot and platform support in terms of incidents and requests.
• Drives problem management, process improvements
• Work closely with ScrumMaster to define design, development and peer review standards. Take ownership of implementing them. Promote modularization (Metabots) and reuse of code.
• Ensure high quality delivery through development and testing (Unit & Integration). Supports PM/BA during user acceptance testing events and schedules.
• Prepares and provides training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders.
• Continue to act as business liaison even after Go Live of automation with an intent to enhance and improve. Also in the initial period (
• Critical contact for Level 2 & 3 support. May be contacted after hours for emergencies.
Qualifications
• Bachelor in Engineering/B.E/B. Tech and/or required equivalent. Master s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Overall 4-6 years of experience with minimum 3-5 years hands on experience on Automation Anywhere (prior technical experience can be in .NET, Java or in other software languages)
• Experience on AI, ML, OCR Tools preferred
• Experience working with ERPs, CRMs or Portal systems strongly desired.
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC).
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, incident and request handling, problem management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the Organization.
• Analytical skill for problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use technical skills to research and resolve.
• Must demonstrate high drive for results. Should be self motivated
• Knowledge of information technology capabilities and characteristics, software languages and applications, database technology, standards, and procedures
