In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, and meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals.This exciting role offers opportunity to:Part of the Global Treasury Services Center in Pune, she/he will perform back office activities and ensure efficient support for Treasury Front Office.List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.A. Supporting Daily Transactions Back Office processes- Transactions confirmation & communication with counterparties- Bank Settlements- Bank reconciliation of treasury and operations acc- Processing Factoring and Netting Payments - Fides Documentation support Acc set upB. Supporting Treasury/Management Reporting Process- Daily Reporting of Market Review and Transactions Executive Summary- Month end reporting package (Analytical report)- Pension Report, Bank fee Report, Front office and Accounting SupportC. Global I/C netting process Understanding on the global netting process, work with third party vendor and ensure that netting cashflows are processed on time.F. Process Improvement and AutomationQualificationsRequirement:Describe any specialized knowledge or skill (e.g., technical, scientific, administrative, managerial) which your position requires.

  1. Understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
  2. Solid understanding of and aptitude in IT systems and capabilities (detailed knowledge of MS Excel)
  3. Detailed oriented, analytical and accurate
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Comfortable in fast moving and changing environment
  6. Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or Economics preferably with a MBA (Finance)
  7. At least 2 years qualified experience in Treasury management (preferred) and/or Financial Analysis
