Job Description

We are looking for an Analytics Manager to organize our analytics function and manage our team of analysts. You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. In this role, we expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business intelligence. The ability to communicate effectively is essential. If you also have solid industry experience, we d like to meet you. Your goal will be to help our clients use data to drive high performance and quality.

Responsibilties
  • Partner with various business stakeholders to identify key factors and requirements for each project, and get buy-in for project methodology
  • Scope high-level business problems into more specific questions which can then be answered by data-driven analysis
  • Lead a team of 5-7 data scientists and data engineers to execute the project plans and deliver the business requirements
  • Guide the project team towards on-time, high quality deliverables and ensure business needs are met.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to the leadership team to drive business strategy
  • Contribute to big data analysis using SQL, Python, R, and other software applications
  • Conversant with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hive, Cassandra, Elasticsearch
  • Liaise with the technology teams and build analytical data marts/ roadmaps with working knowledge of ERP applications / mainframe source systems
Skills Required
  • Strong understanding of social media/audience/marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of statistics, econometrics, and predictive modeling
  • Working experience of 6+ years in advanced analytics (e.g. Social media, Consumer, Media, CPGs) and technical solution delivery management
  • Hands on experience of 5+ years on analytics tools/ technologies- R//Python/Pyspark
  • Hands on experience in data manipulation, wrangling, analysis, insight generation and applying analytical models including forecasting, optimization and predictive models
  • Working experience on desperate data sources
Qualification
  • Bachelors/Masters in computer engineering, Operations Research, industrial engineering, Statistics/Mathematics
