*Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with coding standards and technical design. Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications. Support and/or install software applications. Solution Modeling - Creates, designs and formulates models, diagrams and documentation using industry standards, tools, version control, and build and test automation to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.Solution Functional Fit Analysis - Composes and decomposes a system into its component parts using procedures, tools and work aides for the purpose of studying how well the component parts were designed, purchased and configured to interact holistically to meet business, technical, security, governance and compliance requirements.Business insight - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization s goals.Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Global perspective - Taking a broad view when approaching issues, using a global lens.Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Education, Licenses, CertificationsCollege, university, or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering or related subject, or relevant experience equivalent.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.ExperienceExperience working as a software engineer such as in a temporary student employment, intern, co-op, or other extracurricular team activities is preferred and includes working in an Agile environment and demonstrating knowledge in fundamental IT technical skill sets and ability to take a solution from scoping requirements through actual launch of the solution.Develop integration solutions to meet the requirements using components of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Design Center, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Data Weave, Message Queue, and assets from the Anypoint ExchangeDevelop and build APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformIntegrate solutions with COTS applications, platforms, and/or external systems (such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.)3+ years hands on experience in Mule 3.x and 4.x on Hybrid, On Prem and CloudHub.Experience in understanding the requirements and translate it into tech designsParticipate in the technical project planning process with IT business analysts.Create technical design specifications.Assist in the deployment and test of new modules, upgrades and fixesAdhere to and promote quality standards and procedures.2+ years experience in AGILE based project development, such as SAFe.Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standup, PI planning, Sprint retrospectives, etc.Review modules for quality assurance and checks compliance with application standards and SLAs.3+ years development experience with Java or other OOP languagesSoftware development experience using Maven, GitHub, and JenkinsExperience developing and architecting MuleSoft solutions with Anypoint PlatformExperience leading with the API Led approach.Experience with high-availability, fault-tolerance, and performance testing and tuning6+ years of software development experience.5+ years hands on experience in Mule 3.x and 4.x on Hybrid, On Prem and CloudHub.Hands on experience in large scale API design, development, and deployment.5+ years experience working with Java or other OOP languages.2+ years experience with common enterprise security protocolsExperience in implementing in multiple Mulesoft projects.Ability to coach newer members of the team to onboard themwith the right standards/processes.Preferred: Experience with multiple integration technologies(MuleSoft, IBM, BEA, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, etc.)
