      • The role holder is accountable to provide Level2 production support of Onboarding and KYC applications stack
      • The role holder should be App support SME hands-on experience supporting L2 function
    What will you be doing
    • 5+ years of strong experience of Pega PRPC functional, technical, implementation and production support
    • Level 2 incident management and Strong Functional, Technical and Prod Support Knowledge of Pega 7.
    • Detailed Knowledge of PRPC design and implementation topics including Rules, Class Design, Security, Flows, Adapters, Services, Workflows and Connectors
    • Participation in service reviews and post incident reviews
    • Complex issue triage, investigation, and coordination to closure.
    • Data & Configuration changes execution.
    • Identification of service improvements and stability activities
    • Complex issue triage, investigation and coordination to closure including leading triage on major incident calls
    • Collate data for Proactive Service Improvement Initiatives (does not include code changes) including trending of incidents, root cause and other MI to identify improvement actions
    • Own and Drive data for Capacity/Performance Management
    • Reviewing of Implementation Plans & Release Documentation
    • On call support and ad-hoc overtime as appropriate
    • Maintain open and timely communication with relevant business, supplier, and IT personnel, particularly Change the Bank development teams
    • Drive complex or major incident resolution, implement or coordinate higher scale chain
    • Experience in supporting CRM/BPM Tools
    What we re looking for:
    • Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent
    • Should have Java/Unix/MS SQL Server Live service/ application support experience
    • Live service / application support experience
    • Excellent working knowledge of ticking tools and ITIL frameworks

    • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
    • Ability to drive complex application recoveries.
    • Ability to cover on call support and flexibility around working hours
    • Proven Incident Management experience
