Job Description

    • Vulnerability Remediation, deployment, and tracking.
    • Maintain and support SCCM co-managed environment along with supporting Intune and Autopilot
    • Responsible for upgrading the infrastructure and maintaining it with 99.99% uptime
    • Perform health checks of the environment and ensure periodic maintenance
    • Act as a technical lead for the team in SCCMIntune and build competency within the team by taking triages and deep dives
    • Participates in the development of innovative solutions to improve the environment and reduce overall support.
    • Interfaces with the customer and account-based teams on projects.
    • Performs complex troubleshooting activities.
    • Provides 3rd-level technical support in resolving internal and customer technical issues.
    • Responsible for providing configuration management services to Account Focused/leveraged accounts.
    • Should be able to handle Sev 1 / 2 scenarios. Single point of escalation to all technical issues.
    • Advanced knowledge on SCCMIntune (MEM) in terms of infrastructure concepts (8-10 Years)
