Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Lead Portfolio management to minimize risk by advising/taking required policy interventions. Policy implementations to support business. Actively participate in policy refinements as per business/market requirement. Identify opportunities and propose strategies to enhance business. Formulate implement and monitor DOE s to enable Business Teams Monitor manage & refine IT platform (SFDC) for better risk management. Execute reports on SFDC Datamart etc. Periodic testing of System validation approval and line assignment rules Routine interaction with stakeholder (Business Credit RCU Ops and IT) and tracking / closure of minute items. Project Management for Risk projects (e.g. Risk Pool) and representing Risk in Cross functional projects. Work with stakeholders to formulate test and implement business and risk requirements Regular interactions with Credit and Sales to resolve issues related to policies and implement changes if required. Branch visit at periodic intervals to understand markets and polices implemented. Recommend changes based on market learning. * Major Challenges - Dynamic portfolio/markets with multiple variables influencing risk performance Huge span of Industries and their margins while doing through the door analysis. Draw meaningful / actionable insights based on data analysis Ongoing liaising with IT and Business to ensure performance on key risk processes * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Building framework to continuously assess and evaluate system capabilities to eliminate operational loss / incorrect system behavior Propose policy / process changes for betterment of risk performance Other Dimensions (Significant volume dimensions associated with the job) Total Team Size: BL 9 & Prof Loans - 4 Number of Direct Reports: Not Applicable Number of Indirect Reports: Not Applicable Number of Outsourced employees: Not Applicable Number of locations: Not Applicable Number of products: All SME Products , * Qualifications CA or Post graduate in Finance with understanding of risk parameters and portfolio management. a) Work Experience 7-8 years of experience in lending business with specific experience in Unsecured/Secured portfolio Proficiency in data analysis understanding and processing data to arrive at meaningful risk metrics and relevance to portfolio conditions Excellent Excel & Power Point proficiency Basic understanding of IT / System skills. Should be willing to travel
