Job Description

General Overview:

  • He/she should help in support ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), BPM (Business Process Management), AP (Accounts Payable)/ AR (Accounts Receivable), compliance tracking, database engines. Automating and streamlining operations and deployment processes, build and maintain tools for deployment and monitoring, troubleshoot and resolve issues in Dev, Test, UAT and production environments.
Education Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Application administrator for ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), BPM (Business Process Management), AP (Accounts Payable)/ AR (Accounts Receivable), compliance tracking, database engines.
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate from any field. BE, MCA, M.SC. (Computer Science), MCA is preferred.
Required:
  • Sound exposure to Windows and Linux OS and accomplish necessary tasks for selected environment
  • Should be able to validate that the environment meets all Security, Compliance Controls.
  • Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with Oracle Cloud/Azure)
  • Database refresh and restore experience
  • SQL Server Integration Services
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows development concepts would be a plus
  • Knowledge of packaging and deployment of code created using Windows development frameworks.
  • Business Objects 4.x CMC and Web Intelligence
  • Information design Tool
  • Translation Management Tool
  • Universe Design Tool
  • Knowledge of web services programming skills
  • Knowledge of scripting technologies like Windows PowerShell.
  • Monitoring Tools New Relic, Nagios, BigPanda, PagerDuty
Specific Duties:
  • Work on customize software: (Installation, Upgrade, Configuration and administration, technical documentation)
  • Building development and production environments.
  • Support integration scenarios with other in-house and applications.
  • Migrating production code changes.
  • Monitoring production, processing jobs.
  • Makes technical recommendations in the area of performance and process improvements.
  • Identity application or infrastructure issues and risks with best practice solutions and automation when possible.
  • Running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems with vendors.
  • Establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing backups; maintaining documentation.
