  • Role Description :Assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a: To work in Salesforce Marketing cloud per client requirements b: Deep functional expertise in applications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform c: Certifications in Salesforce Marketing cloud/pardot etc highly preferred d: Solid foundations in core marketing principles and practices
      • Technical Experience : a: Salesforce Marketing cloud certifications and experience in marketing cloud tools/pardot etc a: Should have strong OOPS concepts; b: Good experience in salesforce configuration including workflows, process builders, profiles, permission sets etc; c: Good experience on salesforce customization including apex classes, triggers, visualforce pages; d: Should have experience in integrating third party systems using soap/rest/external objects etc; e: Exposure to lightning experience an advantag
    • Professional Attributes : a: Should have good analytical and problem solving skills b: Must be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision c: Must have good communication skills and should be able to drive technical conversations with stakeholders d: Should be able to analyse bugs, defects and come with resolutions
