  • Role :Application Developer
  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
  • Must Have Skills :SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialty
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : a Configure and unit test SF comp module along with other modules such as PMGM/Succession/EC b Write/review functional specifications and explore workbooks c Develop Test scenarios, scripts and cases d Support SF incidents related to process and interfaces Integration with EC e Should be comfortable in writing business rules
      • Technical Experience : a SuccessFactors Compensation/Variable pay implementation and support experience should be needed b At least one implementation end to end is must
      • Professional Attributes : c Understand Business Processes d Having exposure for other SF module e Good to have EC knowledge along with comp certification
      • Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Engineering
