Job Description

    Responsible for programming, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance, and support of systems application software in adherence to MasterCard standards, processes and best practices. Develop high quality, secure, scalable software solutions based on technical requirements specifications and design artifacts within expected time and budget. Produces technical design documentation as required and ensures work complies with the architectural roadmap and follows MasterCard Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes. Identifies and updates existing design documents impacted due to changes. Work with project team to meet scheduled due dates, while identifying emerging issues and recommending solutions for problems and independently perform assigned tasks. Contribute ideas to help ensure that required standards and processes are in place and actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency. Thrive in a highly collaborative company environment where agility is paramount. Encourage staff to share and seek knowledge within their Guild/Program to drive reuse of patterns/libraries/practices and enhance productivity Leverage the appropriate persistence mechanisms such as RDBMS, No SQL etc based on needs. Exhibit teamwork aligned completely with the Agile environment Provide technical mentoring/training for junior developers based on the needs.,
