  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
  • Work Experience :2.5-4 years
  • Must Have Skills :Application Packaging
  • Good To Have Skills :Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems 2 Application Packaging 3 Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge 4 Candidate should have strong skills on Application Packaging and Repackaging using WiseAdmin Studio tools Knowledge on Application virtualization using Microsoft APP-V Good Knowledge in writing VBScripts
      • Technical Experience : 1 Analyzed the Application requirement as a Technical POC and validated the source as per the requirement 2 Created the Win 7 packages Simple, Medium and Complex using InstallShield Admin studio tool 2010/2014 3 Gathering Requirements, Packaging, Testing and Deploying Software packages 4 Created MSTs for both the in-house applications and vendor MSIs to modify and package them as per the organizations packaging standards and requirements 5 4-5 years of relevant experience with advance skills
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Communication - speaking, written, presenting, listening, fluent in English 2 Flexibility, adaptability, change, good learner, positive attitude, confident 3 Integrity honest, ethical, high morals, personal values 4 Interpersonal - sense of humor, nurturing, empathetic, has self-control, patient
      • Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post-graduate
