Job Description

    Be an effective team player from a seat away - or from a time zone away. Collaborate for success with flexible work options. Provide Tier 2 Application Support for a World-Class lloT Platform to internal and external customers Perform root cause analysis on issues reported through Freshservice ticketing system and provide prompt responses back to customers Collaborate with software team, provide additional data, attempt to recreate issues, verify software fixes correct root cause Assist in authoring and maintaining Azure DevOps Assist in authoring and maintaining Azure DevOps YAML pipelines Manage Azure Repos git repositories permissions and lifecycle Manage developer permissions on Azure resources Advance SQL query building Manage SSRS Instantiate Azure resources as necessary Manage multiple priorities concurrently and see them to completion with little supervisionQUALIFICATION : 4+ years of experience in an Application Support role for a large enterprise system 4+ years of experience working with a ticket system and managing incidents 2+ years of experience with one of the following Experience working with SQL Server and developing queries using T-SQL, interacting with stored procedures and viewsStrong written and verbal English communication skills
