Job Description

  • 6-9 Years or hands on working experience in an application support environment.
  • Around 5 Years of experience in Webservers like IIS, Tomcat & Jboss.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in SQL server (Installation & Administration)
  • Basic Knowledge on Active directory
  • Experience on application release and checkout processes.
  • Experience on managing application stability Initiatives.
  • Understanding of Incident/Request/Release/Problem Management Processes.
  • Able to solve medium to high complexity applications related incidents arising on the production and test environments.
  • Understands monitoring and ability to interpret complex application alerts through monitoring tools.
  • Creation and maintenance of scripts to automate repetitive process (Scripting language like Python/PowerShell Scripting would be added advantage).
  • Articulate with good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good team player.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Ability to create and maintain documentation to a high standard.
    • Knowledge and experienced in the use of standard MS Office Applications.
