Job Description

DescriptionOracle Agile PLM Application Analyst will be responsible for support and enhancement of Agile PLM PC, PG&C modules and integrations with CAD tools and ORACLE EBS. The success will depend on maintaining strong relationships with internal business partners to ensure the best use of technology to facilitate their business processes. This position requires an analytical mindset, accuracy and creative problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

  • Design solutions based upon business requirements and user specification
  • Prepare technical solutions as well as review technical solutions
  • Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users
  • Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application
  • Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvement
  • specifications, coding, testing, debugging and documenting software programs of varying complexity following the predefined standards and best practices
  • Prepare SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for new and existing solutions
  • Anticipate and remediate problems spanning the full range of Oracle Agile PLM application and their integration points; manage Oracle Support SRs as well as internal users support requests.
  • Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional/technical requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business challenges and determine final business requirements Complete business process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations
  • Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes
  • Guide/coach other team members in delivering the solution
, Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent with 8+ years of experience as a systems/application/business analyst
  • A minimum of 4 years of production support/implementation experience with Oracle Agile PLM modules PC, PG&C,MCAD
  • Knowledge of Agile PLM architecture and clustered installation
  • Knowledge of integration of Agile with ERP
  • Must have experience in JAVA, PL/SQL programming.
  • Hands-On Experience Process Extension development
  • Hands-On Experience URL px development
  • Must have experience in JAVA Client configuration Workflows, events, Roles/Privileges etc.
  • Knowledge of Agile Content service
  • Knowledge of MCAD integration
  • Must have excellent communication skill
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
  • Must be a team player and able to interact well with all users, peers and executive management
