Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for driving new category Activations of onboarded UPI users Design execute optimize and run daily offer & stimulation campaigns across Online and offline channels Customer selection and selecting the right channel of communication Accountable for campaign budgets Work closely with Digital Partners and Offline teams and planning excellence in alignment with Business goals Keeping track of competition activities and changing consumer market and trends Performance Monitoring: Own the key KPIs of campaign funnel channel and cost efficiencies Monitoring of all campaigns and publish MIS to stakeholders Maintain data sheets on regular basis capturing campaign data at day week and monthly level views Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and communicate the same effectively enabling the team to deliver on specific goals Build relationships and operating rhythms with members inside and outside the core Business and Product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive inclusive and well-informed Good understanding of Payment Products and business especially UPI Work with different teams to plan & execute monthly numbers Good understanding of Digital business The ability to work with fuzzy and unstructured data problem statements Solid understanding of cross channel brand- focused digital marketing and technologies Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills The ability to work with multiple cross functional stakeholders Should have handled digital market budgets at scale Ability to juggle priorities and thrive in an exceptionally fast paced environment,* Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum 2-5 years of experience High degree of passion and self-belief. Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. Clevertap hands-on-experience mandatory.
