Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Unit Manager - Reward Product Be responsible for to execute the product roadmap for Rewards to on-board new business and feature sets Interface with Design Engineering Business Service and Growth teams to understand gather inputs basis requirements shared and develop complete clarity Carry out surveys/activity to understand the consumer expectations and feedback to deliver the best consumer experience To drive product adoption and support delivery of meaningful experiences which drive exceptional customer and business outcomes Prepare PRD test cases and actively participate in solution discussion. Ensure UI/UX elements are scoped basis business journey Provide the required inputs to support/service teams to ensure 95% same day TAT resolution for customer queries Actively participate with business and COE teams to identify consumer Use Cases Perform Biz UAT to ensure first time right delivery of product modules * Major Challenges - Collaboration with various stakeholders across Business Product and Engineering teams Support development of Use Cases spanning across multiple core systems and RMS Discussions with multiple stakeholders to move Use Case solution for delivery * Key Decisions / Dimensions - Key contributor to solution discussion of Use Cases Conducting BIZ UAT to support sign off for capabilities Ensuring proper record maintenance of PRD test cases and product documentation , * a) Qualifications MBA/Post Graduate Degree Finance/Operations b) Work Experience 3-4 years experience in BFSI/Retail/Payments backend Operation Experience in working collaborating with multiple teams Business, IT, Service, Operations Good design understanding as per consumer app eco-system Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders Excellent problem-solving skills Experience in developing customer facing products Proficient in MS-Excel and PowerPoint Analytical skills to track KPIs and prepare the required dashboards and success metrics
