Job Description

    Senior Analyst, Trade Support Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for handling and processing transactions within the Trade Support group. The Trade Processing and Settlements team arranges for the settlement of all client trades where we maintain custody of their assets, including the management and repair of any fails to the trade process. The department is also responsible for the vault safe-keeping of physical assets where underlying securities are held in a physical format. 1. Understands the relationship between internal and external systems (IMS, FUNDLINX, WCM, TOE, TOA, PCWEB, FUNDMASTER, US TRADE, etc)2. Independently addresses and researches complex issues and demonstrates ability to reach an effective and timely resolution3. Ensures that trade deadlines, both internal and external, are met by designated time frame4. Ensures accurate and timely execution of trades and follows correct trade/fund company procedures and quality checking of all work5. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact6. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management7. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees8. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)9. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas10. Delivers a work product that requires less revision11. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions Qualifications A College or University degree and/or relevant Trade and Settlement work experience is required.
