Job Description

    Work through all low risk open alerts on the Dow Jones application Evaluate information provided within Dow Jones and Eclipse in line with Brit s guidelines Transition the status of open alerts to their current state after investigation or escalate to the onshore Compliance team Ensure and maintain a written audit trail, including identifying what additional information may be required to make a firm conclusion. To assist Compliance in the review of daily exception reports Liaison with internal stakeholders in relation to monitoring, (including obtaining supporting documents and approvals as required) Provide Compliance with a detailed account of the findings from each review in order of onshore to make an reasonable and fair decision of the alert action Ensure all alerts are closed within in Brit s reporting timeframes to an accurate standard Provide monthly Management Information highlighting any outstanding issues Preparing PPT RCA for errors Daily client call handling Team query handling Educated to degree level. Planning, Organizing & Communication: Basic knowledge of Lloyd s and London market practices. A strong understanding of the (re)insurance industry. Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to work effectively as part of a team or on own initiative. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Hard working and willingness to go above and beyond to meet deadlines. Fluency in English is required. Should have prior experience in KYC/Compliance process Legal knowledge preferred. Preferred experience in Bank Should have good knowledge about sanctions and sanctioned territories.,
