Job Description

  • Manage the Sale, Retail Network and Customer Contact in the area to achieve market share for sustained growth profitably.
  • Achieving area target as set up with Zonal Manager on monthly, quarterly yearly basis.
  • Implementing all the promotional strategy for the zone. Increasing dealer numbers and spotting potential dealers.
  • Coordinating supporting in the smooth order desk flow. Exercising check on CFA system and policy implementation.
  • Capturing competitor s information on the network, price policy.
  • Ensuring right information flow to the dealers end users about the product, price policy.
  • Follow local warranty/complaint handling procedures in accordance with Continental s adjustment policy
  • Ensure that inspection for tires returned under warranty meets Corporate Customer Service standards
  • Communicate Correct Product use to dealer/consumer, support Product
  • Evaluation and support Consumer Contact conversion
Qualifications
  • University Graduate/Master s in economics, Commerce, Marketing Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-7 years experience with large retail network in India.
  • Good English and Local language skills Product Knowledge
  • Indian Market Knowledge- CVT or similar products
  • Understanding of Competitive Environment and Identification of Sales Opportunities
  • Retail Network Development and Service
  • Receivable management, Forecasting and Budget Planning
  • Consumer Contact Programs, Promotional needs awareness and implementation
  • Presentation Communication Skills
