Job Description

    Warm Greeting for the Day!Globex is Currently hiring for AS400 Tester for Capgemini which is Contract to hire for 6-12 Months.It is Long term Project for Capgemini and The Preferred Location are Hyderabad and Pune.Here is the Job Description for the Requirement,The responsibilities include activities described in the software project lifecycle. This would entail areas such as1. Design: Develop / review the technical design. (Lead /SSE)2. Coding: Analyze and develop code as per specifications.3. Reviews: Conduct review of design/code/test plan and test results (Lead, SSE)4. Testing: Prepare unit test plans, conduct unit testing and support system integration & User acceptance testing.5. Support: Provide post development support.Technical Skills and Soft Skills1. Technical capability:
    • Strong in Iseries, RPGLECLLE, DB2, SQL, Free format RPG
    • Working Knowledge of tools - RTC, RDi, Arcad, JIRA, Quality Centre
    • Familiar with MQ, Connect: Direct, sFTP, etc.
    • Exposure to JENKIN, Restful API, Open source technology (Java) on Iseries would be an advantage
    2. Open mindset, positive attitude, logical thinking, self starter (take initiative)3. Ability to work under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines4. Should be a team player; ability to multi-task, good inter-personal & communication skills.5. Experience in Finance and Banking industry would be an advantage.6.
