You ll be working as Assistant Buyer. We re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.We re looking for a Assistant Buyer who ll be responsible to Drive procurement for all Direct and Indirect commodities.You ll be part of the Signify Supply chain and its responsibilities are PO management and Invoice management, so Problem Solving, Taking ownership, Accountability, Drive for results must be in your DNA.What you ll doPO creation and timely PO acknowledgement from suppliers;Manage open POs through confirmations for deliveries and Align ERP based on supplier response.Meets defined SLA and KPI s on performance and quality in given TAT.Create and maintain SOPs as per the current process per define standards;Timely resolution of On Hold invoices;Maintain Effective communication with internal stakeholders and Suppliers.Working Knowledge of SAP Preferable. Should be proficient with MS Office tools.What you ll need
    • Bachelors with 2-4 years of experience in SCM processes;
    • Effective Verbal and Written Communication
    • Basic understanding of SCM process.
