Planning of PM schedule and adherences to track for schedule vs actual ,Make PM check sheets from subjective to objective5. Improvement in MTTR & MTBF by implementing proactive Kaizens.6. Elimination of b/d on A,B & C rank Machines through TPM approach.7. Leads shift associates & guides them for trouble shooting on equipments, Improve their skills.8. Shift handling.9. Spare Part planning. V/E/D analysis, Raising Purchase Requisitions in SAP & tracking to get material on time , Budget planning10. Skill matrix preparation for Utilities team and develop skills of team with plan vs actual trg.& safety awareness trg and ensure safe working at work.11. Revenue Cost saving projects .12. Preparations for MIS, EDWM, Monthly reviews.13. SAP PM and should able to raise PR in revenue and Capex Key Deliverables -zero break down . Key deliverables-zero bd in his area in electrical, closure of all unsafe and SOT round pts, revenue budget saving target to achieve, trg as per plan, TPM as per plan14. Maintain & Update documentations in line with Mahindra systems.Job RequirementsExperience (years)4 to 5 yrs in utility electrical Operation and MaintenanceIndustry Preferred AutoQualificationDEE with 6 to 7 yrs experience or BE with 2-6 yrs experience Personality TraitsCompetenciesGood communication skill, Presentation skill, Manpower handling skill, Team player, collaboration, result orientation, Innovative for new cost saving ideas and energy saving .General RequirementsShould have good working knowledge and experience in Utility - Electrical.Should have knowledge of HT Switch Panels.Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job1. Must have Electrical Supervisor Licence2. Knowledge about SAP and TPM3. Power Supply Management - Quality analysis of input power supply, energy conservation & harmonic analysis.4. Data management (MIS)- MTTR, MTBF, PM, TBM , CBM ,IR , Lubrication Mgt., Kaizens / Poka-yoke / MP Sheets , Energy and water mgt. Spares Mgt5. Electrical control Panels PM ,TBM and CBM methodologies . Guides subordinates to carry out Equipment internal calibrations.6. Hands on skills for working on 1 ph & 3 phase systems , safety related to it.7.
