Job Description

Assistant HOD HousekeepingDesignation:Second In CommandExperience: Min 5years & aboveQualification: Hotel Management Degree / DiplomaResponsibilities:-

  • Hiring and management of HK personnel including roster and leave management, training, and development of Service staff.
  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas after they have been cleaned by a Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
  • Making sure that guests bedrooms, corridors, and public areas are serviced in accordance
  • With the companys standards.
  • Evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees.
  • Following all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries to senior managers.
  • Organizing staff rotas.
  • Report any hygiene issues and following up as necessary
Asst. House Keeping Manager-The desired candidate should Pursue a rich experience of working in all the areas of Housekeeping such as Public Area, Floors, Linen room, Uniform, Mini bar, Laundry & Desk operation.-Training all new associates of the Housekeeping Department - implementing SOPs- All activities related to Asst HK ManagerPlease note its for a Resort at a remote location - 20km away from Lonavala city. Preferred Candidates who have experience in working for Resorts.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 240,000.00 to 360,000.00 /year
