Job Description

  • Service Management Expe rience inIT Telco Operations environment
  • Incident & Service Request H andling
  • Execution of Recu rrent Tasks and Support Monitoring, scheduling jo bs and operations.

  • Adhere to incident ma nagement procedur es.
  • First point of contact for the business teams.
  • C arry out BAU tasks across all applications
  • Attend t eam m eeting and Operations communication sessions as required.
  • Should able to put appropriate mon itoring and alerting capabilit ies in place for proactive systems management.
  • Performing problem management to permanent fix the issue
  • Health checks to ensurethe systems are running at optim um levels
  • Reporting on system issues
  • Suppor t Service Improvement Plan
  • Primary Skill:- fixed product knowledge
  • Fun ctional Skill : UNIX, SQL, Shell scripting
  • Others Skills: Communicati on Skills, Knowledg e of windows/Power Point/, Telecom billing domain knowledge , ITIL, Remedy tool
  • Must have 3-5 years of working experience in Tel ecom Billing Domain and Pr oduction Support.
  • Must have32 years of rel evant work experience in experti se area.
  • Telecom Domain Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes and Pr oject Management methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of different applicat ion architecture,Remedy or Ot her Ticketing Tool , Monitoring tools.
