The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day running of various teams under the Performance and Risk Analytics Line of Business. He /she must ensure that the team is working efficiently and effectively in meeting the SLA targets. He /she must monitor quality and productivity maintaining both to the highest standard.Ability to work with mathematical concepts. Ability to apply concepts such as factions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations is required.IT skills including, Microsoft Office, Internet and databases.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form is required.Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
