* Duties and Responsibilities - 1) Rent Processing for 850+ Offices (including Branches & HO) 2) Handling of 1300 + Landlords & resolve their queries related to payments GST & TDS 3) Average of 6.81 Cr. Rent payment released on every month 4) Checking & certify 550+ GST Rent Invoice on every month 5) Monitoring Rent Bill processing 6) Follow-up for GSTR return filing 7) Update Rent Escalation Every month 8) New Branches to be add in Rent Master 9) Landlords Rent Agreement send to PE team 10) Resolve Rent Invoice query / discrepancy by co-ordinating with Branch admin or landlord 11) Handled Nexstep issues 12) Vendor code creation & updation 13) Processing Rent CAM Property Tax 14) Prepare Vacation Notice 15) Prepare Data as per Auditor requirement 16) Full n Final settlement of our vacated premises 17) Support in AOP for rental budget preparation. ,
