This role involves monitoring and managing agency in Recovery to attain the desiredperformance output with cost effectiveness leading to profitability. Key responsibilities include managing Recovery and meeting performance andcompliance objectives. The agency manager is also expected to continuouslymonitor and identify gaps if any and transmit the observations for action onthe assigned portfolio.
Vendormanagement and compliance to applicable policy guidelines is a key deliverable
Essential Responsibilities
Performance
DrivePortfolio Resolution by conversion of cheque pick-ups, resolution / Norm /Roll Back / Recovery on field portfolio according to targets allocated tomultiple agencies for their respective location.
Timelyidentification and reporting of Skips/Fraud/RTP/Non-Starters for portfoliosegmentation.
Ensure ongoingreview rhythm with stakeholders to identify opportunity areas.
Timely reviewof vendors performance in respective location.
Compliance
Ensure properdocumentation of customer interactions and raise alarms appropriately as percompliance procedures.
Ensure datasecurity.
ConductSVCL-Ensuring timely audit of vendor processes and documents for multipleagencies in respective location
Productivity
Monitor CAPEas per collection strategy, Operations, compliance and Billing - Ensure PaymentLogistics - TAT adherence, proper hand-off procedure for cash collection andpayments reach operations.
Ensuringtimely raising of multi vendor bills/provisions for respective location
Field supportalong with FOS basis requirement on selective accounts
Perform duediligence on accounts for settlement and ensure wing to wing closure.
People
Ensuremotivation of Field Executives by imparting knowledge on card industry,negotiate better, escalate cases etc.
Ensurelocation coverage as per SLA designed with stakeholders.
Ensure regularinteractive sessions conducted at all agencies for respective location.
Track hiring,ensuring timely certification of field executives as per process and definedtimelines.
Measures ofSuccess ( (Define the Outcomes expected of the role)
- Deliver onStrike Rate, Resolution, Normalization Roll Back, Recovery numbers as perassigned targets.
- Timely and100% allocation of referred accounts to field vendor
- Securetransmission of data to vendors .Deliver on FM Score and 100% SVCL Coverage.
- Timelytraining and DRA certification of field executives to meet RBI guidelines
Candidateshould have a Bachelors / Post graduate degree in any stream with minimum 3- 4years of expertise in handling outsourced vendors.
Relevantexperience in collection vendor management would be an addedadvantage.
Advancedworking knowledge of Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, PPT.
