Job Description

I) Position SummaryThe team member responsible to work closely with various stakeholders of customer success group sales, sales operations, Service Delivery and Service management to drive sales related programs. This position is also responsible to drive strategic level projects by partnering with CFT (BE, IT, Product) for e2e implementation & Operationalization. The position is represents sales in all organization cross-functional projects to ensure sales voice is heard and there is overall efficiency.Major Activities (Responsibilities)Business Process management - Work with various stakeholders of customer success group to identify, define, quantify and solve business/operational intra and inter-departmental Q2C process problems (e.g. decrease cycle time, reduce cost, improve customer experience, improve quality, etc.) in the context of the business roadmap. Determine and publish explicit/implicit customer KPIs. Drive Process improvements initiatives for continual improvement - Drive process initiatives right from ideation, process definition, system enablement, defining measuring parameters to handholding sales operations team on operationalization. Measure the efficiency of the existing processes to identify areas of improvement. Drive Data quality and management initiative across sales domain and play a key role in information architecture framework definition. Be part of Data clean up and correction programs for Sales domain and align clean up strategies keeping in mind long term organizational goals and vision. Data Visualization and analysis: Making large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable and usable by providing summarized views to management using BI tools to create reports, dashboards and other analyses. Combining the data result sets across multiple sources and delivering the data in a useful and appealing way to usersKey representative of Sales Organization in the strategic initiatives with CFT (Product, IT, Billing to name a few) to improve existing / lay new processes, improve data quality to ensure overall organization efficiencies. Act as Product owner - Understand agile delivery method and be a Product Owner to drive scrum delivery in conjunction with ITLevel Descriptora) Essential Qualifications:b) Additional Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Project Management/ Business Management/ Sciences / Commerce/ Technologyc) Requisite Skills: Technical Green Belt Certification Understanding of Scrum delivery methodology (CSM Certification Preferred) Competent in Microsoft Office Suite and standard productivity applications such as Visio, Microsoft Project etc. Hand on knowledge of best in Industry BI tools Functional Sound knowledge of pre-sales scenarios and various processes in the Q2C cycle Handling of cross functional stakeholders during project execution Problem solving capabilities Fair Understand business scenarios in project discussions to give inputs regarding daily operations and existing processes Ensure timely and accurate update as and when required by the management. Behavioral Self-driven with ability to multi-task and manage priorities Analytical, process-oriented with attention to detail Good communication skills. Drive Change management across the organization Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
