Job Description

Essential Ares of Responsibilities

  1. Owner of profitability report in CoS (cost of sales) for the legal unit.
  2. Complete understanding of profit centres, functional units, cost centres in SAP and ensuring the structure for LU is updated as per the business requirement
  3. Company corporate common cost allocation and value flow
  4. Monthly CO module closure responsibility
  5. Statutory audit, group audit , internal audit , cost audit, etc.
  6. Standard price calculation -Costing run
  7. Variable-fixed cost split in SAP .
Key Deliverables
  1. Ensuring all the documents are settled properly in the CO module (SAP) and the matching of FI and CO books at the month end
  2. Key user for CO module helping BGs to find descrepancies in the system for FI-CO mismatch
  3. Helping to maintain the organisation structure in SAP to extract reports as per various organisational needs Cleaning up of cost centre data from time to time so that the structure is up-to-date in SAP always .
  4. Key user in SAP ensuring proper monthly closing processes are being followed by end users and supporting in case of any exceptional event.
  5. Key user in SAP ensuring costing runs happens as per Group guidelines and providing support to end users in case of any exceptional event.
  6. Budgeting, rolling forecasts, actual reporting and variance analysis
Desired Candidate ProfilePreferred Hands on experience in SAP CO, MM and SD module (must), FI module (desirable), expert knowledge of COPA (CoS) in SAP. Profocient in Excel.
