- To achieve the target on indicators. Should have strong domain knowledge of business process and solutions related to Unsecured loans Responsible for managing requirements from business units across multiple systems and platforms like SFDC - - DataMart Language Tamil and English , 1. Graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience. 2. Good conceptualization skills. 3. Leadership and Team building skills. 4. Effective Communication 5. Knowledge about SOP Preparation 6. Good application knowledge (Sales Force & FinnOne) 7. Policy Understanding & Implementation
