Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for a region & SPOC for all the HR related activities within the regionEnsure HO recruitment & campus hiring as per quarterly and annual plan- ongoingOn boarding, joining formalities smooth transition within the respective teamResponsible for smooth management of PMS cycle, timely review of the performance along with the line managerConducting open houses (twice a year) for updating latest strategic changes across the organizationTrack and control quarterly attritionIdentifying high performers along with the line managers in the region & facilitating the R&RConduct exit interviews and capture reason and other data points for analysis and retain employeesAddress issues through HR helpdesk in portal or any other means (mail/call/in person) raised by respective regional employees or managersFinalizing the manpower for respective departmentsHiring as per the guidelines & within the tatEnsure all annual goals for all quarters are set in the system, tat/ accuracyEnsure timely closure of the performance review in the systemTrack and control quarterly attritionEnsure mgmt. Of star of the quarter as part of recognition platform on quarterly basisResolving the queries / grievances of the employees within the specified tatDesired Candidate Profile Good communication skillsDiscrete and ethical keeper of confidential informationConflict management and problem solving skillsChange management should be a change agent for ushering management changes and help everyone cope with the constant changesExpert knowledge of MS office product suite, especially excel.,
