Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Timely availability at plants as per Dynamic Buffer Management.
  • Green Supply Chain (Conversion to Re-usable packaging)
  • Logistics cost reduction.
  • Dealing with Strategic Sourcing, Component Development, QA & other agencies to protect supply chain.
  • Well conversant with QMS, TPM practices, SAP MRP
  • Well conversant with Logistics and packaging practices.

Job Requirements

Experience

4-5years

Industry Preferred

Tractor / Auto Industry exposure.

Qualification

BE Mech

Competencies

  • Supplier Relation Management,
  • Managing the crisis and seasonal variations in demands & should be able manage pressures.
  • Analysing the status at supplier end and Mktg priority in advance.
  • Working closely with suppliers and FD plants to aligning timely availability, requires good interactions skills.

General Requirements

  • Should be ready to reside near any Industrial belt around Pune.
  • Daily travelling as per pre-decided plans to supplier place through own vehicle (4Wheeler).
