Create and implement SOP for reservations department Ensure reservations standards of Novotel are implemented To coordinate with Events and Sales team for all group reservations. Take responsibility for the compilation and execution of action plans as agreed with the Revenue Manager Set department results and activity targets Should have the ability to understand global and local market trends and accordingly maximize the revenue of the Hotel Plan & prepare monthly reports, forecasts and other relevant reports.
