Job Description

    The HR Reporting & Analytics Spoc s primary responsibility will be related to HR Data collation and Reporting for HIB and support HR team in terms on the people data required by them which includes Headcount, Attrition and all other confidential data related to People and help in analyzing and auditing and maintaining data in COE. HR Analyst should have an advanced knowledge of reporting which includes knowledge of Advanced Excel and should be hands-on to help design, develop and create value added HR reports and analyzing data and share some insights, create presentations for reuse. Roles & Responsibilities: Keeping track of all the reports scheduled Managing incoming adhoc report requests Support HR team by designing, developing and producing various HR related workforce metrics Assist in QA/reviewing of all reports prior to distribution Perform data analysis and help identify workforce trends Identify any areas of reporting process improvement Oversee documentation of various HR reporting processes Create presentations for senior management and the Board Oversee HR data audits and report issues to be corrected Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form Ability to work within a virtual (off-shore) team environment and contribute to the timely delivery of multiple projects Client relationship and expectation management Qualifications: Graduation with diploma in computer or with excellent database knowledge, preferred additional PGDCA, Database certification with exposure to analytics Tools & Techniques Overall 3-5 years of experience in HR,
