Job Description

  • Executive IT Service management support (Telecom BSS) - Senior SME support for all the incoming calls/ mails / requests and raising tickets, First timer esolution as per KPI -To pro actively monitor Critical Services / Business proc ess, identify Business impact -Creating and setting of daily Billing schedules (Creating Daily Schedules) - Setting up non-schedule related jobs - Daily &wee kly & monthly task, health checks, monitoring, housing keeping activities,& pr oactive restarts - Troubleshooting & resolving all incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets assigned as per agreed SOPs. - Experience withtelec om application domain for min 3 years - Expert of ITIL/ITSM processes -Strong S kills of Unix & PL/SQL.
  • Deliver on assigned troubleshooting & incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets - Ensure SOPs are upto Date.
  • Skills on ore more IT application service management modules with ITIL knowl edge
