Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure buying activities (scheduling, follow up, liaising with Transporter) of all bought out items & IUTN parts. Responsible for maintaining inventory within norms. Key responsibility is to ensure timely availability of material as per plan.Maintain supplier relations.Ensure FFR & Other Service levels are achievedEnsure procurement as per Customer priority (VOR/BDT/Back Order) and monitor & improve its effectivenessAnalyzing daily/weekly shortages and plan action accordinglyGenerate requirement through monthly MRP runs & communicate schedules & changes to suppliersPeriodic reviews of Parts Bulletins released in the system and arrange serviceable parts as per stocking norms.Ensure 100% Supplier Schedule AdherenceCoordinate with Plant SCPC and component development (vendor development) departmentCoordinate with Customer Care and Product Support Team to work on Non serviceable parts/Alternate Parts/Interchangeable parts and understand requirements through E CatalogueSAP Knowledge & Periodic Price Amendments/ Updation.Critical Skills Sets (If any)In-depth knowledge of SourcingGood knowledge of Product and Product aggregateKnowledge of Vendor base preferably Auto ancillaries in IndiaRequired CompetencyCustomer focus,Teamwork,People management,Result orientation with execution excellence,Problem solving skills,
