Well aware about productivity improvement tools & hand on experience. 5. Ergonomics study of line associates/Stages in shops for identification of GYR status of the stage and improvement. 6. TPM-KK pillar (Focused Improvement) concepts & hand on experience 7. New Models/variants work content calculation, Line balancing & execution 8. Manpower planning & Monitoring of Manpower for the shop. 9. Identification of Capacity bottlenecks & debottlenecking as per requirement of volumes. 10.Driving PDCA approach. 11. Long term settlement readiness with Union represnetatives in shop floor. 12. Indirect area work measurement ( Housekeeping, security, Line feeding etc.) 13.
