The result is faster development times, better customer experiences, higher ROI, and greater agility.Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Enterprise Architect We are looking for an Enterprise Architect candidate who will be leading architecture strategy, executing against the roadmap, and leading the solution architecture for our clients deliverables. Our CORA AI/ML platform, which supports various capabilities such as process modeling and orchestration, business rules processing, machine vision (for image processing and extraction), feature engineering, machine learning and natural language processing, is the technology foundation for us to enable right, cost-effective, and rapid solution to solve complex problems for our clients.This role performs the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to solution architecture, and leading a small team of technical architects to deliver the solution for our clients. Lead in architecting, designing and selecting right approach/solution. Understand end-2-end architecture strategy and lead the team to drive the design for Web, middleware, data processing, reporting, information extraction and machine learning solution and support multiple delivery and product teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Align architectural strategy with delivery and drive the teams to adopt the architectural practices, standardization and consistency across the board. Supports, develops, and communicates domain-wide policies, standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Lead a team of product architects. Provide technical direction, guidance and mentoring to the team.
• Be a single point of contact from the Architecture perspective and driving the architecture and design for every clients delivery as well as influencing the platform capabilities. Bring the solution architecture and new capabilities to ARB for review, guidance, and exception approval.
• Design end-2-end solution, which is scalable, efficient, maintainable, and extendable.
• Work closely with the data architects, tech leads, delivery and QA teams.

Required Skills/Competencies

• Must have ability to lead the discussion of Software Design, Software Debugging, Software Development Fundamentals, Software Documentation, and Software Testing
• Must possess in-depth ability to lead the project teams to deliver solutions using Agile/Scrum methodology that ensure rapid and architecturally sound implementation of the project requirements
• Must have demonstrated architectural ability to do assessment of the systems, identify the gaps, articulate clear recommendation and roadmap for the future strategy.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of the end-2-end software development process as well as expertise in the enterprise architecture strategy, design patterns, cloud/infrastructure architecture (IaaS, PaaS).

Technical Skills

• Extensive knowledge and expertise of open source software and application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss Wiley, Apache PDF, Apache EhCache, Apache Spark, Apache Strom and Kafka as well as understanding of software/technology to extract information from the PDF, or image will be instrumental for this opportunity.
• Some knowledge of PDF data model, OCR and building entities from unstructured documents will be a plus.
• Very strong in core programming language skills for application developing using Java or C, Python, SQL, XML, JSON, HTML, JSP, JavaScript, CSS, are critical.
• Development: Java and Python development experience, DevOps experience, Rest API development and integration, SOAP service development and integration, Front end UI development using Javascript Frameworks (ex. Angular, Node, React)
• Architecture Modeling and Process: UML modeling experience, Data modeling, profiling and analysis, TOGAF
• Infrastructure: Operating systems (Linux, Windows), Docker and Kubernetes experience, Cloud platforms (AWS & Azure)
• Security Architecture: SSO Standards
• Some understanding of statistical models and ML algorithms such as Regression, Clustering, Classification

Required Education & Experience

• Experience as a software architect and developer, out of which minimum Experience as a team leader.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• Must have demonstrated leadership abilities to influence across the teams/groups as well as experience of leading senior software architects directly or through matrix organization.
• Ability to communicate, influence and persuade peers and stakeholders, and present in the ARB effectively.
• Capacity to grasp new and complex concepts quickly; as well as ability to balance the long-term and short-term implications of specific decisions.
• Proactive, result-oriented and hands-on attitude
