Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the support and administration of the Veritas Partner Program and the Financial Benefits the programs offer.Responsibilities: At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in:Partner Program Administration

  • Sales / Channel programs support role
  • Sales Administration Management (CRM (SFDC or Oracle), Reporting (BO or OBIEE), Advanced Excel) including membership application processing, profile maintenance etc.
  • Partner Program membership administration, including performance management reporting
  • Queries management on program operational, CRM and portal enquiries for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems enhancements / launches when required
  • Perform administrative / process audit checks when required
Rebates Administration
  • Opportunity administration management and reporting hereof within SLAs including user activations and Opportunity validations
  • Monthly rebate validation, payment administration and reporting hereof within SLAs
  • Administering the profile, requirements and rebates of Technology Support Partners
  • Queries management on partner rebate programs such as ORR and TSPP for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements / launches when required
  • Perform administrative / process audit checks when required
Qualifications:
  • Graduation Bachelor s degree in Computer Applications or Equivalent
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
  • A keen eye for detail & action orientated
  • Good working knowledge & experience of CRM system(s)
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-starter and a proactive can-do innovative attitude
  • Results and detail oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in ROTATIONAL shifts
Technologies:
  • Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint - Required
  • Strong awareness of CRM (SFDC or Oracle) functionalities Required
  • Reporting / OBIEE experience Preferred
  • PowerBI / Tableau experience Preferred
