The Global Business Services Center (GBSC), Mastercard s shared services organization, supports the Global Compliance team in meeting its obligations.The Associate Analyst, Compliance Service role is located in the GBSC and reports to the Director, GBSC Compliance Services. The Associate Analyst will perform tasks that support the team s Anti-Money Laundering, Transaction Monitoring, and Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption activities. Working under general supervision, this role will require inputting, validating, and reporting information in onboarding and tracking tools; perform lower risk customer monitoring activities, and other projects.ROLE tEnter customer application information into customer due diligence tool tPerform regular reviews of system inputs for accuracy of data input tAssist with tracking and status reporting of work performed by the team tMonitor shared email mailbox for timely responses and resolution of customer and internal partner queries tOther support functions as neededALL ABOUT YOUEXPERIENCE tEquivalent of a US Bachelor s or Associate s degree, or 2-3 years experience in data entry, compliance, or financial services. tCompliance or risk management experience in the financial services industry preferred.KNOWLEDGE/TECHNICAL SKILLS tGood knowledge of MS Office products Excel, Word and PowerPoint tDemonstrated success with work requiring attention to detail and accuracy. tKnowledge of AML or payments-related industry experience is a plusPERSONAL ATTRIBUTES tMotivated self-starter with an appetite to learn and grow in a regulatory compliance function tFollow procedures with limited supervision and follow-up, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet established deadlines tConfidently ask questions when variances in standard processes are detected and offer suggestions for process improvementsCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we re all in this together.
