Job Description

We are looking forward to an Associate Analyst- Intelligent Automation in Eaton s Information Technology Centre, based in Pune, India. Your essential responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with ScrumMaster to define design, development and peer review standards. Take ownership of implementing them. Promote modularization (Metabots) and reuse of code.
  • Translate requirements into technical representations allowing customers/BA to understand how proposed design/solution will meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with business analyst, developers, functional experts (business) and project manager to ensure development is according to approved requirements.
  • Ensure high quality delivery through development and testing (Unit & Integration). Supports PM/BA during user acceptance testing events and schedules.
  • Prepares and provides training as required to business process owners and other key stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicates the status for deliverables to project management and leadership to effectively mitigate risks and resolve issues
  • Continue to act as business liaison even after Go Live of automation with an intent to enhance and improve. Also in the initial period (
  • Will be responsible for multiple Projects in parallel across geographies primarily leveraging agile/sprint methodology.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor in Engineering/B.E/B. Tech and/or required equivalent. Master s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Overall 3-5 years of experience with minimum 2-4 years hands on experience on Automation Anywhere (prior technical experience can be in .NET, Java or in other software languages)
  • Experience on AI, ML, OCR Tools preferred
  • Experience working with ERPs, CRMs or Portal systems strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the Organization.
  • Analytical skill for problem solving, demonstrated ability to understand the business problem and to use technical skills to research and resolve.
  • Must demonstrate high drive for results. Should be self motivated
  • Knowledge of information technology capabilities and characteristics, software languages and applications, database technology, standards, and procedures
