The goal of this job is to ensure accuracy of the data analysis and ensure timely reports in proper manner. Some of the roles and responsibilities Provide basic analysis and reporting by working with Inventory Management, Information Systems, Financial Audit and other such groups in the organization. Analyze scorecards, providing insight into trends or unusual performance. Analyze market strategies, related products, and market or share trends. Organize plans and recommend basic analysis and reports consistent with continuous oft processes and procedures. Recommend, develop, create and implement standard reporting for routine business reports. Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist. Collect business intelligence from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources. Ensure follow-up so that analysis and reporting outcomes are reviewed and implemented. Support unit or department by performing specific individual assignments. Perform due diligence and transition activities as required. Maintain and/ or update business intelligence tools, data bases, dashboards, systems or methods. Required Skills 2-4 years of previous experience working in analytical role. Intermediate skill in Microsoft Excel. Strong verbal and written communication in English Solid problem solver Positive attitudes towards problems and likes challenges Strong analytical capabilities with attention to details, thoughtful in considering all aspects of the problem and potential solutions Intellectually curious eager to learn, quick learner and like to ask questions Very organized in both file and data management Strong drive for results with and strong work ethics Ability to work independently and proactively SAP & AS400 experience will be added advantage Interpersonal skills collaborate with diverse multicultural teams. Planning and project management skills through careful prioritization, manage multiple projects to deliver within agreed timeframes. Educational Qualification Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree Knowledge of SAP & AS400 will be added advantage Ability to extract, analyze and report on data required & previous experience working with databases strongly preferred. 2-4 years of relevant experience Required Skills 2-4 years of previous experience working in analytical role.
