Associate Consultant/Consultant Pharma Analytics BackgroundLocation: Bangalore / Pune / GurgaonNotice periods: 30 days or lessCTC: max 25 LExp: 5 yrs to 10 yrsThe Analytics Associate Consultant/Consultantwill be responsible for making objective customer-focused and data-driven decisions by providing analytical insight, actionable data, and recommendations. You would also be responsible for projects, providing analytics support, and serving in a consultative capacity todeliver value-addeddescriptive analytics solutions for large scale pharma projectsWhat your day would look like:Brainstorming with onshore team and end clients to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions for complex client specificationsDesigning methodology and solutions for key business asksAdvanced analysis using large volume of sales, patient level datasets such asAPLD datasetsEMR/Clinical/Laboratory test dataClaims dataMIDAS dataWorking on advanced analytics in the pharma domain throughout the drug life cycle, and patient journeyLine of Therapy, Persistency Analysis, Compliance, AdherenceSource of BusinessCompetitor analysisHCP analysis (new therapy initiator)Tigger analysis (conditions triggering usage of a product in a therapeutic area)Use of excel, PowerPoint, SQL, R or Pythonand visualization tools to represent actionable insightsIntegration oftechnical knowledge with business goals and strategy to achieve insights for end clientsAct as an advocate for client needs, putting yourself in their shoes to ideate on ways to enhance business value for the clientWhats in it for you:Impacting change at scale for leading global pharma clientsExposure to multiple analytics domains including patient analytics, advanced analytics, profiling etc.Working on exciting new ways of deriving insights from large data setsWorking in a highly dynamic environment with exposure to learning across analytics domains and technology (including AI/ML!)Autonomy and ownership of your work stream and engagement including a chance to lead your own team/(s)Opportunity to grow project and accounts by building new tools/service lines/capabilities by working with senior leaders globallySignificant opportunities to grow as a part of a global analytics organizationOpportunity to travel internationally on a need basisWhat were looking for:Total experience:2 -4for Associate Consultants5-10 years for Consultants (team management experience is a plus)Experience working in analytics projects in the pharma domain deriving actionable insights and implementing themExperience in patient data, data sets, pharma consulting, advanced pharma analytics, forecasting, and/or performance reportingShould have an intermediate to strong MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledgeExperience in SQL and any of the following - SAS/Python/R/Excel-VBA/Tableau/QlikView/AlteryxCreative and business focused approach, with experience in thinking through the lens of end client objectivesAbility to come up with data methodologiesthat efficiently manipulates huge data sets (multi-million record complex relational databases)Proven ability to effectively and appropriately present meaningful summary displays of large amounts of multi-dimensional dataArticulate communicator handling challenging situations with structured thinking and solution minded focus. Leading communication with internal and external stakeholders with minimal supervisionProactive in identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to avoid potential issues downstreamExposure to project management principles breaking up approach into smaller tasks and planning for the same across resources (Consultant)Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environmentSuccessful experience working in a global environment an advantagePrevious experience in Healthcare analytics is a plus
