Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data collection, data aggregation, content creation and qualitychecks for business review decks Collaborate with CX Managers to project manage planning, delivery, and reporting of business review decksand action items Collaborate with CX Ops Leads/Managers to define and refine a scalable business review delivery process Serve as the trusted adviser to CX Managers & sales team to help deliver effective customer businessreviews Coordinate with CX Ops team members to establish dashboards/reporting in Gainsight/SFDC for CX &Sales leadership visibilityMust-Have Skills: 4+ years experience in customer success/operations/consulting or similar roles in a B2B space Graduate/postgraduate in Business Administration, International Business, or other related collegebusiness degrees Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations to a large group Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail, familiarity with projectmanagement tools such as Asana Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a face paced environment Experience with Technology/SaaS-oriented Customer Success/Experience function a plus Experience working with US-based companies and cultures preferably in a US/India Structure Flexible to work in 3PM-11PM IST time zone to better align with the global team,
