Working as a Data Analyst for Data Governance at Signify is dynamic. You will be a key member in supporting implementation of a data quality framework to derive the financial benefits of quality data while mitigating the business risks of poor data. We re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

We re looking for a Data Analyst for Data Governance who ll be responsible for developing tools to monitor adherence to processes and performance within the framework. As a Data Analyst you will be developing solutions for collecting and analyzing data, with the goal of improving the integrity of the data and the internal and external perceptions of data quality.

You ll be part of the Signify s Cooper Lighting Solutions, Marketing Team, Pune, India and its responsibilities are to support global marketing team in a continuous evolving market for growth, so adaptation to continuous change and exposure to data processing implementation must be in your DNA.

What you ll do

  • You must develop tools to identify data quality in SAP and create Work instructions, develop control structures within a simple environment to ensure the accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream data channels
  • Manage resolution when standards aren t met, including identifying root cause and developing action plans to address issues
  • Perform Data audits frequently and improve the data quality
  • Periodically prepare data quality performance reports and share with manager

What you ll need

  • Graduate in Engineering with min. 4 - 5 years of experience with exposure to Data Management/ Data framework designing and implementation/ Data audits etc.
  • Strong understanding of data normalization, rationalization concepts and techniques
  • Strong background in large - scale data environments and data modeling principles
  • Basic knowledge of SAP, Macros, SQL
  • Basic knowledge of project management concepts and techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suites, particularly Microsoft Excel
