Associate Director of Corporate Marketing (Ahmedabad / Pune) eInfochips is looking for an Associate Director of Corporate Marketing to drive the branding, digital marketing and marketing communications practice for the company. The person will be responsible for increasing eInfochips mind share and market share in the USA, Europe, and APAC markets, among technology companies, for product engineering services. He/she will manage a team and is responsible for corporate communications, positioning & branding, content and digital marketing, events, and analysts & media relationships, and sales enablement initiatives. Responsibilities Brand Strategy - Required to take complete ownership of corporate branding, marketing communications, analyst relations, and customer experience at eInfochips. Identifying key value propositions and strategic mapping of organization goals into effective marketing campaigns. Identifying and establishing the right practices, channels, tools, and technologies for the marketing team Content Marketing - Own and manage marketing collaterals (blogs, case studies, white papers, guides, videos, etc.) and assets (website, blogs, social pages and channels, etc.) on an ongoing basis. Connect with magazines and editors for content publications Digital and Inbound Marketing - Plan and execute Inbound Marketing campaigns for new customer acquisitions. Responsible for formulating and executing digital marketing strategy (SEO, SEM, Social Media, forums, etc.) for brand awareness and conversion Thought Leadership - Implementing effective thought leadership series and promoting through owned and earned media to drive brand awareness Corporate Communications Plan and execute PR campaigns, newsletters and internal communications Analyst and Media Relations - Responsible for nurturing relationship with industry analysts from firms such as Zinnov, ISG, IDC, Everest, ARC, etc. Responsible for media and press communications Events Responsible for event planning and execution of marketing campaigns Employer Branding - Establish and grow eInfochips talent brand as an Employer of Choice among the prospective candidates Sales Enablement - Plan and execute sales enablement campaigns; should be able to build effective marketing collaterals for campaigns Deliverables Increased brand awareness and recall with target accounts Sustained inbound marketing funnel for new customer acquisition Increase user engagement on company assets and social media pages Increase eInfochips mindshare with target accounts through digital marketing initiatives Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams for effective promotions Requirements 8+ years of experience in marketing with strong understanding of B2B brand building and marketing practices Excellent oral and written communication skills; sound understanding of digital channels SEO, SEM, Social media channels, etc. Strong leadership and managerial skills to manage diverse teams digital, content, design, and customer experience teams Have experience in media communications, content and digital marketing, and event promotions Worked with marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Pardot, LeadSquared, etc. Education: Bachelors in Engineering (any Discipline); Masters in Business Administration (MBA)Perks and Benefits As per Industry standards,
