Job Description

1. Analyze spend data and identify opportunities for improvement by assessing health of data 2. Collaborate with Engineering to on Cost out / VAVE opportunities related to part reuse and rationalization and VAVE 3. Partner with cross functional team/s to improve the accuracy of spend and engineering data 4. Perform outlier analysis based on statistical methods to find cost out opportunities 5 Validate cost of the part by closely working with CFT within GSC COE 6. Participate in governance meetings to review project status and health. 7. Having CAD tools knowledge for simple representative CAD model creation. 8. In addition to managing std work, he will lead the OnePart communication initiative & hosting trainings globally (across GSCCOE, EIIC, plants, businesses etc). Coordinating teams efforts on users engagement and making it cohesive, expanding our reach , deeply engaging businesses, creating these relationships. .9 Driving OnePart users engagement upwards, More user focussed to drive number of active OnePart users to the next level 10. Standardizing OnePart integration processes across different SCM and engineering functions globally and following governance rigor for outcome through engagements.QualificationsBachelors in Engineering From Manufacturing OR Engineering background or Supply Chain Management Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Reporting and Analytics Should have good experience on data mining, data analysis, report preparation and presentation to project & leadership team Hands on experience of using CAD tools (AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks) will be an added advantage Should be able to read and interpret the engineering drawings Knowledge on supplier spend analysis and data analysisWhat you will get from usEaton s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
